Glasska Dashboard

This project is a business operations and order management system for a custom manufacturing / glass and architectural products company Glasska.

Its designed to manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from initial order through production, installation, payment, and completion. It centralizes customer management, purchase orders, product and material tracking, employee assignments, project milestones, scheduling, payments, and sales reporting in one workspace.

Managers can create and monitor orders using list or Kanban views, track progress and overdue work, generate quotes and PDFs, manage payment schedules, and analyze opportunities by territory, while integrations such as Google Drive and PayPal support the broader workflow.
